Here at Millennium Sleep Lab our focus is on helping individuals recognize and treat sleep disorders. Although our focus is on treatment the first step in any treatment program is recognizing there is a problem. If we can bring more awareness to sleep related health issues we can treat some of the symptoms before further harm is done before they lead to significant health risks.
